The Robotika Vallauri team participated in the "Futura" event from the 26th to the 28th of February 2019.

Futura Cuneo is an event organized by the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), for the national digital school plan (PNSD). Cuneo hosted the first edition in 2019. This will be followed by 9 more initiatives already planned in various Italian cities including Milan, Genoa and Matera (for more information click here).

The main theme of the event was the Mountain.

The amount of public was very high during the event that covered Tuestday afternoon, the whole day on Wednesday and Thursday morning.

During the event inside the “Vallauri igloo” there were many students from elementary schools to high schools of the province.

Huge success has found "Druminator". The robotic drums, new entry in the exhibition group, has attracted young and old people not only for the sound produced, but also for its simplicity and usefulness in the study of this instrument.

The success of this project is the confirmation of the work that our students are carrying out, increasingly thought as the union of social utility and pleasure.

The team's racing robots are now the strong point that increasingly attract the attention of children and not only. These are the three robots that have been shown these days.

For all the students who participated in "Futura" it was a very important and highly formative experience. This event was for some of them the first opportunity to manage a stand, explain the projects in front of a large audience, meet new ideas and possible future developments proposed by the public.

The students and teachers of the Robotika team want to thank the "Peano" Lyceum of Cuneo, the institute "Velso - Mucci" of Bra for the careful organization and the city of Cuneo for having promoted, sustained such an important and stimulating opportunity for a new digital school.
